The Office of Housing and Reconstruction Unit invites your company to submit a quotation for the repair and maintenance work as outlined below. Your quotation should be submitted in accordance with the terms and conditions detailed in this RFQ.
Scope of Work
1. Signboard.
Supply and installation of a new signboard with the following specifications:
- 3D Designing and Making
- Material: e.g., Acrylic, Aluminium, or other durable materials.
- Dimensions: [L: 20 H: 4]
- Design and lettering as per office requirements.
- Proper mounting and secure installation.
- Safety sheet Back.
2. Sanitary Work
- Repair or replacement of the following:
- Water taps, Pump Installation.
- Toilet fixtures, Geyser repair, including flush systems and washbasins.
- Wall showers. Shelf for Toilet, Rods, Holders of different nature. Ceramic Commode. Scew & Plung , Jet Shower, Bib Cock
- Proper testing and quality assurance of all repaired and replaced component.
Quotation Submission Requirements
- The quotation should include a detailed breakdown of costs, including materials, labor, and any applicable taxes.
- Validity: The quotation must be valid for at least 15 days from the submission date.
