The Housing and Reconstruction Unit is seeking to procure various crockery and cutlery items as part of its ongoing efforts to support operations and activities. Interested suppliers are invited to submit their quotations for the specified items outlined below. Detailed specifications and requirements are available for download in the Request for Quotation document.

3. Submission Requirements

Suppliers are required to submit the following documents and information in their quotation:

1. Detailed Price Quote for each item, including unit price, total cost, and any applicable taxes or delivery charges.
2. Delivery Timeline indicating when the items will be delivered to the Housing and Reconstruction Unit.
3. Payment Terms clearly outlining payment methods and terms.
4. Supplier’s Company Profile including relevant experience and qualifications.
5. Warranty or Guarantee Information (if applicable).
6. Proof of Registration or Certification (if required by the Housing and Reconstruction Unit).

5. Submission Instructions

All quotations must be submitted by 15,Jan-2025 to the following:

Scope of Work

1. Signboard.

Supply and installation of a new signboard with the following specifications:

• 3D Designing and Making
• Material: e.g., Acrylic, Aluminium, or other durable materials.
• Dimensions: [L: 20 H: 4]
• Design and lettering as per office requirements.
• Proper mounting and secure installation.
• Safety sheet Back.

2. Sanitary Work

• Repair or replacement of the following:
  • Water taps, Pump Installation.
  • Toilet fixtures, Geyser repair, including flush systems and washbasins.
  • Wall showers. Shelf for Toilet, Rods, Holders of different nature. Ceramic Commode. Scew & Plung , Jet Shower, Bib Cock
• Proper testing and quality assurance of all repaired and replaced component.

1. The Islamic Republic of Pakistan has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Integrated Flood Resilience and Adaptation Project (IFRAP), and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for Procurement of Call Centre for Operating the Grievance Redressal System for Housing Reconstruction and Restoration in Balochistan
2. The Housing Reconstruction Unit now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for Services to support the reconstruction and restoration of flood damaged houses in Balochistan.
3. Bidding will be conducted through national competitive procurement using a Request for     Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers, dated November 2020 (“Procurement Regulations”) and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.
4. Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from Procurement Section Housing Reconstruction Unit (HRU) and inspect the bidding document during office hours 0900 to 1700 hours at the address given below.
5. The bidding documents in English be purchased by interested eligible bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of Rs. 3000 for each set.
6. A pre-bid conference will be held on January 15, 2025 Time: 2:00 PM, Any questions/queries may be delivered to the address given below in writing at least 07 days before the deadline for submission of bids.
7. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 2:00 PM of 22^nd January 2025, at which time they will be opened publicly in the presence of the bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who choose to attend at the address below. Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected.
8. Bids shall be valid for a period of 91 days after Bid opening and must be accompanied by security of 2% of the Bid Price, Bidders have the option to Bid for any one or more lots.
9. As provided in the bidding documents, bidders engaged in corrupt or fraudulent practices (including collusion/pooling) will be declared ineligible, either in indefinitely or for a stated period of time, to be awarded a contract financed by the World Bank.
