The Government of Pakistan has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the integrated Flood Resilience and Adaptation Project (IFRAP) and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under a contract for the Procurement of Electric Goods, Wiring, and Aluminum Work at the Housing and Reconstruction Unit (HRU) office.
The Housing and Reconstruction Unit (HRU) – IFRAP now invites sealed quotations from eligible and qualified suppliers for the following scope of work:
1- Supply and installation of electric goods at HRU-IFRAP offices.
2- Integration of the office electric system with the existing generator.
3- Fabrication and installation of new aluminum frames, replacing obsolete frames.
4- Cleaning and maintenance of existing aluminum structures.
5- Paneling and point access installation for the office electrification system.
Interested eligible firms must submit:
1- A Quotation Submission Sheet (Can be downloaded from below).
2- Copy of valid company registration documents (GST/NTN), in accordance with the Request for Quotation (RFQ) document.
Procurement shall be carried out in accordance with the World Bank Procurement Regulations. Fourth Edition, November 2020.
