The Islamic Republic of Pakistan through Ministry of Planning Development and Special Initiatives (MoPD&SI) has received financing from the World Bank towards the cost of the Integrated Flood Resilience and Adaptation Project (IFRAP), the Project Implementation Unit-Integrated Flood Resilience and Adaptation Project(PIU-IFRAP). and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the following contract:
Procurement of Hiring of a Firm for Engaging the Services of Support Staff Management for HRU – IFRAP.
The quotations are invited from well reputed registered firms having NTN and GST Registration for the provision of above-mentioned services. The completed quotations along with all required documents must reach this office by 5.07.2024 till 12:00 a.m. Any quotation received after the scheduled time shall not be entertained and would be returned unopened.
Requests for Quotations (RFQ) can be obtained from this office during office working hours or downloaded from the HRU’s website https://hru.org.pk.
Procurement will be conducted through the Requests for Quotations method, as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers -November-2020, and is open to all eligible suppliers as defined in the Procurement Regulations.
